The analyses and regime classifications published on the site are computed on dedicated application servers. Model artifacts (Bayesian posteriors, diagnostics) are versioned and archived on every pipeline run.

3. Intellectual property

The site's entire content — text, editorial articles, methodologies, proprietary indices (ADI, the Artometrix Desirability Index), regime classifications, visualizations, source code, database — is protected by copyright law and by the sui generis right of the database producer (articles L341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code). Any reproduction, representation, extraction, substantial or full reuse without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Brand names and logos cited on the site for analytical purposes remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention reflects the analysis of a public demand signal and does not imply partnership, endorsement, or commercial affiliation.

4. Limitation of liability

The analyses, indices, regime classifications, and strategic briefs published by Guyav are provided for informational purposes only. They rely on public data (Google Trends, public social content, publicly observable resale data) and reflect the state of the demand signal at the analysis date, within the stated lookback window and geography.

Model outputs do not constitute investment advice, a guarantee of commercial outcome, or a contractual offer. The user remains solely responsible for marketing, media, inventory, and budget allocation decisions. Guyav cannot be held liable for any shortfall, investment or divestment decision, or any other indirect consequence resulting from the use of the analyses published on the site.

Confidence comes from inspectability, not from tone. Every output is designed to be traceable to its source signal; if a classification or index appears wrong, the user is invited to challenge the output by contacting the publisher.

5. Reporting unlawful content

Any content published on the site deemed unlawful, inaccurate, or contrary to this notice may be reported to: contact@guyav.com. The report must indicate the date of observation, the URL concerned, and the legal or factual grounds. Pursuant to article 6-I-5 of the LCEN, knowingly false reports are punishable by one year of imprisonment and a EUR 15,000 fine.

6. Personal data

Personal data collected as part of the weekly Briefing subscription (email address, category preferences) is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended.

The data controller is ArtometriX. Data is neither sold nor shared with third parties. Under articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of their personal data. Any such request may be sent to: contact@guyav.com.

The analyses published on the site cover exclusively public signals aggregated at the brand or category level; no end-consumer personal data is processed by the classification engine.
